Diane Shaskin loves the monuments and museums of France as much as the next gal, but it’s the search for the best baguette, hidden food shop and the traditions of French food that really excites her.

Since 1998 she has devoted her energy to building relationships with food producers in France: fromageries, cooking classes, wine growers, chefs and restaurants.

Diane and her husband, Mark Craft, offer week-long culinary tours to both Paris and Provence. In her past life, Diane was the co-founder of Planet Organic Markets, (the Whole Foods of Canada).

Today she divides her time between France and her home in Victoria, BC, Canada.
