Late summer in Brittany

Midsummer sunshine leads to autumn light. Here I found myself on assignment on the eastern edge of Brittany, an hour from the Atlantic Ocean and the seaside villages, such as St. Malo.

I love wheat fields, freshly harvested, and sowed up into hay bales as long as the eye can see. The light in Brittany is often muted with a changing palette of clouds and sun seemingly almost every hour.

Next week la rentrée à Paris!
