Ellen -I read that article and it's sad that university education at some universities isn't what it should be. Because everyone who has passed the BAC can take advantage of free education, the facilities are overcrowded and understaffed in addition to being extremely run-down.

Many French parents I know hope they can afford to send their children to colleges in the U.S. BUT - we all know it costs a lot to obtain a degree.....and the kids NEED to speak English.
