Thanks for the reminder. I bought that one many years ago and really should re-read it; unfortunately, I left it in storage in France!

Maybe that's a good excuse to go over there ASAP and dig it out... biggrin.gif

It's on amazon for $14.00. Can't wait to read it, LUXEMBOURG; thanks for the suggestion. I'm almost done with Sixty Million Frenchmen Can't be Wrong which is insightful.
