Tourism Problems in the cote D'azur
The Cote D'Azur is lovely but (unhappily) has become too built-up. It's murder to drive from here to there during July and August. Still, there's something unbeatable about being on the beach. Expect to pay a premium and anticipate hearing many languages. Many Russians have gravitated to the area...as well as everyone else.
