PS. If you call remember they are several (6) hours ahead of us. In other words when it is noon here (EST) it is 6 PM there. so do not call PM or at the latest 1 PM.

I am very interested in your "more".... smile.gif I am going with my daughter for her 26th b-day in October, to both Paris and then driving down that way. She lived in Aix-en-Provence then Paris for 5 years [school et all] and this is an area she never was able to see - and as she is now a professional Pastry chef [trained in Paris], we want to both take advantage of being able to try the many wines and foods of the region. Thank you for your help.
How about the Chateau de Chorey de Chorey les Beaune rue Jacques Germain, 21200 Chrey les Beaune, Cote d'Or (M. & Mmme Francois Germain. They have 5 rooms and 1 suite. 3 Km north of Beaune. The main building is 12th century, the towers are 12th century. Has belonged to the Germain familly for several generations. More to come if interested.

Not a B&B but in between both Beaune and Dijon and a wonderful place is the CHATEAU DE GILLY in Vougeot. We stayed there two years ago and loved it.
Does anyone have recommendations for B&Bs in the area near Beaune or Dijon?
