Cafe Panis

You make me miss Paris so much with these kinds of posts! Ahhhh, I need to get back soon!

If you happen to be visiting Notre Dame or walking along the Seine, the Cafe Panis on Quai Montebello directly across from Notre Dame is marvelous. They have a fabulous club sandwich and incredible salads (such as chevre in pastry with country ham , cucumber, tomatoes ,served over lettuce and fried potatoes)
And while you are there do stop on the bridge and listen to the saxophonist. I enjoy him tremendously. From 'the Theme From Laura" , 'April in Paris" to "Quiet Nights On Quiet Shores", it is a marvelous experience..
