Hi! Thought I'd add to this string as it is a similar request. It is time for me to renew my subscription. Last year at this time I got a notice telling me that it was time to pay up (of course it was received after I wrote note saying it was time to renew). So far this year, I have NOT received anything about my subscription.

Plus, I think I am a charter member. How can I find that out? Not that I mind paying the $30 something payment as I want to help support BP, but the $19.95 would be nice. Anyway, let me know what to do.

Thanks a million!

Barbara

Please contact support@bonjourparis.com - although we wouldn't mind the extra money. wub.gif
Best and in advance, thank you.

Hello:

It's that time of year again to renew my subscription and this time I'm on time. But yet again, I have the same problem. The charter member price ($19.95) is not included. I was wondering if it was possible to correct this once and for all?

Hi Rebecca1

please contact: support@bonjourparis.com

They should be able to renew your membership at the charter member price!

So many thanks!

In advance, thank you for your support.

If you're taking advantage of the temporary gift promotion, please be sure to note the name of your gift recipient.

Don't forget your name and email address either!
I joined with a check last year as I do not like PayPal, nor do I want to pay through Wells Fargo.

To what address should a check be mailed, please?
Thanks!
OPPPPPS! (with mud of my face).

There was a mess up and I apologize.

As for the MULTIPLE emails, I am REALLY sorry. The server went NUTS. We're having very serious talks with them -- and they're not pretty!
I have exactely the same problem. I have also a $19.95 subscription and the link provided in the 'Billing Notice' simply does not work. mad.gif
Karen,
Here is a possibility of nipping a PR debacle in the bud. I seem to recall being automatically billed on my credit card for rewewal @ the original $19.95. However we are being bombarded with renewal notices which (in my case) result in links that endlessly loop. You now have a chance to take the egg from BP's face and make a soufflé, by offering a reasonable explanation before it gets out of hand.
I also got at least five emails in one day about renewing my premium membership at a price of, I think, $35. I also remember what kranbe said about charter members getting a reduced rate. What's up? blink.gif
I joined premium membership last year for reduced rate, since joined before a certain date. How do I renew at that rate? I keep getting renewal notices, but there is no option for the 19.95 rate (I think that is what it was) which was supposed to apply year after year for "charter members". Also, I have searched the web site and could not find a "contact" link, which is why I am using a forum to post my question about membership. Is there a link to email questions? If not, can you add one?
